"Eve Gravel is now considered to be one of Quebec's most promising young fashion designers. At just 28 years of age, she heads Eve Gravel, the self-name label, which has been attracting attention for eleven seasons now, thanks to a decidedly personal style that combines freshness, daring and flawless cuts.

After honing her skills for three years in the service of well known designers, this graduate of the Richard Robinson Academy of Fashion in Ottawa, headed for Europe in a quest for new sources of inspiration and knowledge. It was then that the idea of establishing her own firm to market her vision of fashion began to take shape.

'I create my collections based on what I experience and what I feel,' explains Gravel. 'There are days when I feel like a woman, and others where I feel like a tomboy or a mischievous child. For me fashion is a way of expressing a full range of emotions.'"
