How To Shop Online

When you find an item you would like to purchase, select the size and quantity where applicable and click the 'add to bag' button. A summary of your shopping bag will then be displayed in the top right corner. When you mouse over the 'shopping bag' link this summary will apprear. To view the details of the contents in your bag, click on the 'view bag' button. Here you may remove or edit selected items.

Once you are satisfied with the item/s you have chosen, click the 'checkout' option to continue. Here you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information.

Item Availability

Marble makes every effort to have enough stock to satisfy your needs. However, due to the overwhelming popularity of certain items, merchandise can sell out. If you would like information about when the item you wish to purchase may become available please contact us at contact@shopmarble.ca.

Sizing Information

As sizing and cut varies between brands, a Marble Customer Service Representative will be happy to give you detailed measurements on any item. Please send inquiries to contact@shopmarble.ca. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Return Policy

Providing impeccable customer service and the highest quality of merchandise is very important to Marble. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, Marble will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition. Return or Exchange merchandise must have all original tags attached, and items must not have been worn, washed or altered.

To begin this process you must contact Marble at contact@shopmarble.ca within 7 days of receipt of your package and detail the nature of your return or exchange. You will receive a Return Authorization Number via email which must be clearly displayed on the package when shipped. Marble will not accept packages without a Return Authorization Number.

Returns and exchanges on all regular priced merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your Return Authorization number. Marble is not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale priced merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchanged will be processed within 48 hours. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please note that exact time in which you will receive your refund may be dependent upon your financial institution.

Credit Cards

At this time, Marble accepts credit cards from Visa and Mastercard. We require a Card Verification Value (CVV) with every purchase. This number is used as a security feature to protect you from credit card fraud.

Sales Tax

Marble collects sales tax on Canadian orders where appropriate. The applicable taxes vary based upon which province the order is being shipped to and may include provincial, federal and/or harmonized sales taxes. Marble does not collect sales tax from customers in the United States.

Shipping

Marble ships throughout Canada and the United States. Standard ground shipping is free! You may choose express delivery for an additional $15. Orders received on business days will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Marble's inventory is updated in real-time. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, you will be notified by email within 48 hours. Marble is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes along with apo/fpo addresses.

As soon as we have sent your parcel (within 48 hours) we will send you another email confirming shipment. You can expect delivery in 5-10 business days (for Canadian orders) and 5-14 business days (for US orders). If you selected express shipping, your package should arrive in 1-3 business days (for Canadian orders) and 3-5 business days (for US orders). With express delivery, you can use a tracking number to view the estimated arrival time of your package on Canada Post's website (http://www.canadapost.com).
